FAQs
-
Since most of us are losing color around our lip borders, adding pigment will create a fuller looking lip but this doesn’t actually increase in volume.
-
Topical numbing is applied prior and during procedure as often as needed. There is very little to no pain. Swelling is normal and can last up to 48 hours. Ice can help speed up the process.

The color we choose together can be as natural or as bold as you like. Lip Blush heals about 50-70% softer than initial compared to brows which are 20-40% softer. Generally the first appointment will be less saturated as we can always add more color later.

The longevity of the color will depend on the original color chosen and how it’s cared for after. Generally it’s up to 3 years. Some clients prefer a lipstick look and may want to come in 1-2 years as others who want a natural look wait 3+ years.
